Study Groups are held for both craniosacral (CST) therapy and lymphatic drainage therapy (LDT). CST groups are run by Vanessa Cayle, MSPT while LDT groups are run by Kimberly Lovell, MT. Requirement for participation in LDT study groups is completion of at least LDT1 through Upledger Institute. Requirement for participation in CST study group is any training in craniosacral therapy. Vanessa’s training is in Upledger, but therapists trained in other curricula are welcome. Check the events calendar for the next study group date.
