A unique one day course, developed by Vanessa Cayle, MSPT, to teach basic techniques to share with family, friends and loved ones. This class is for the “non-therapist” with limited or no background in health care. Techniques included will focus on the craniosacral, lymphatic, and myofascial systems. The class teaches basic history, health foundation, and techniques with practicum experience. Cost is $70.

An optional second day to expand on the Cranial From Me to You class. This class offers more in depth techniques, explanations, history and practicum experiences. Cost is $55.

A one day course in Healing Touch techniques. This is a wonderful energy modality that anyone can use to improve their health and well being as well as their family's. The course is taught by Helen Strahl, RN. Cost is $65.00. No professional background is necessary.

This one day program was developed for experienced CST practitioners looking to apply their skills to the pediatric population. Developed by Vanessa Cayle, MSPT and co-taught with Kimberly Lovell, MT this course blends both of their extensive backgrounds in the realm of pediatrics to offer new approaches to treatment with infants and children. Small group opportunities with children of varying ages are an integral part of this program. Experience level must be at least Upledger CST 2 with active client experience, or equivalent in other cranial program. Application must be approved by instructor.

This is a 3 day retreat experience with Advanced CST/SER training required. It is held at a private facility and is facilitated by Dr. Jon and Vanessa Cayle. Program size is limited. Cost is $350.
